Will you be adding discounted rooms to the Graduate Hotel? Why are there no discounted rooms at Quirk Hotel for Friday night?

At this time, there are no more discounted rooms at The Graduate. Discounted rates at Quirk Hotel are available for those that plan to leave on Friday night. For those that are looking for a discounted hotel rate that includes Friday night, a new link to a third hotel option will be provided soon.

When will we receive an agenda?

The team is finalizing agenda details and hopes to be able to publish distribute a tentative schedule soon!

What time will the programming end on Friday?

Conference programming is scheduled to ends at 4:15pm on Friday.

What is the best way to get from the airport to the hotel?

Rideshare options (Uber/Lyft) are widely available and are the best way to get to/from the hotels. 

What is the best way to get from the hotel to the conference and conference events?

Transportation to/form hotels to the conference events is provided at no additional cost.

Are there any events planned for arrival on Wednesday night?

There are not currently any planned activities for Wednesday night. However, you are likely to find attendees congregating at either of the hotel bars.

What should I wear to the social event at The Park, RVA?

The social event is casual, so feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. There will be time and transportation available for attendees to go back to the hotel after the conference to change before the event.

How early should I plan to arrive at Richmond Airport (RIC) before departing for my flight back home?

The RIC Airport is about 15-20 minutes away from the conference location/hotels. It is a small airport and normally quick to get through security and gate arrival. However, there are no guarantees, so plan accordingly.
